Week 5, Day 35

Comapred to week 4 below.


I don't see any improvement in a week (which is as expected, I suppose.) In fact I think I look heavier!  But I am assuing it is the cruelty of fashion, the horizontal stripes being less forgiving than the ever popular fat black.  I won't always put two photos side by side, but for this first comparison, I am.  (Or maybe I will, only time will tell.)

Week 4, Day 28


I decided at week 4 that I would do the weight loss equivelant of the "belly bump photos" that pregnant women take and post on their Facebook and Twitter pages.  I'm not posting them all over because of the obvious dissatisfaction with the way I look, but am hoping I will get to eventually look back and see a great deal of progress with a SHRINKING belly.

Starting Point


This is 5 days before I started the diet.  My son's graduation and I had to buy this dress that I was not at all pleases with.  I threatened my husband with death if he took an actual full body shot. This is June 13, 2012.  I started the diet the following Monday on June 18.
